TL;DR

International Partner Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving growth through the development and management of partner ecosystems in France, Spain, and Benelux with an accent on channel sales and enablement. Focus on onboarding strategic alliances, executing joint go-to-market activities, and increasing regional ARR.

Location: Must be based in the Greater Paris region

What you will do

  • Identify and onboard a portfolio of partners, including consultancies, resellers, and system houses in Southern Europe.
  • Position hirify.global as a modern human risk solution to drive regional awareness and market penetration.
  • Manage the partner onboarding phase to ensure high engagement and a seamless "Time to First Deal".
  • Lead account mapping sessions and joint outreach in collaboration with internal SDR, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Enable partners to build their own service and consulting arms around the hirify.global platform for mutual profitability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in Channel Sales or Partnerships, or experience as a BDM/AE in SaaS.
  • Strong professional background within the Cybersecurity landscape.
  • Native-level proficiency in French and professional fluency in English.
  • Must be based in the Greater Paris region for regular in-person collaboration.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to attend events and meet partners face-to-face.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Dutch.
