What you will do
- Lead technical integrations and onboarding of new web/mobile app partners onto Meetscale SSP.
- Provide consultancy on implementation strategies like C2S/S2S to maximize performance.
- Act as primary technical PoC for publishers, handling inquiries and escalations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues like bid failures, latency, and ad rendering in real-time.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and bridge business-engineering gaps.
- Support sales with technical expertise in pre-sales and upsell.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in SSP (web and/or mobile)
- Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Data-driven decision making
- Fluent in English and French
- Autonomous in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
- AI-native mindset for structured documentation and logic flows
