TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (SSP): Lead technical integrations and onboarding of publishers onto Meetscale SSP for web and mobile app inventory with an accent on performance optimization, compliance, and revenue maximization. Focus on diagnosing complex troubleshooting issues, providing implementation consultancy, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate needs into actionable requirements.

Location: Fully Remote in Europe. Offices in Paris, Lille, or London.

What you will do

  • Lead technical integrations and onboarding of new web/mobile app partners onto Meetscale SSP.
  • Provide consultancy on implementation strategies like C2S/S2S to maximize performance.
  • Act as primary technical PoC for publishers, handling inquiries and escalations.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues like bid failures, latency, and ad rendering in real-time.
  • Develop documentation, SOPs, and bridge business-engineering gaps.
  • Support sales with technical expertise in pre-sales and upsell.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in SSP (web and/or mobile)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Autonomous in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
  • AI-native mindset for structured documentation and logic flows
