Salary Range: $70,000-85,000 + Annual Bonus

What you will do
- Develop and track sales readiness plans, timelines, and deliverables for product launches, materials, pricing, and processes.
- Coordinate updates and logistics across Marketing, Product, and Sales for consistent messaging.
- Translate GTM inputs into rep-ready materials like playbooks, talk tracks, FAQs, and pitch decks.
- Identify sales training needs using metrics and feedback, and design/deliver training sessions.
- Facilitate new-hire onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
- Maintain organized, version-controlled enablement assets and documentation.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Project Coordination
- Experience supporting sales teams in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated cross-functional project coordination and timeline management
- Strong writing/editing for sales content (playbooks, guides, training materials)
- Familiarity with CRM/sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet)
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft for documentation and presentations
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or tech organizations
- Background in training, instructional design, or adult learning
- Understanding of GTM planning and product launches
- Sales performance analysis for skill gaps
