TL;DR

Sales Readiness Specialist (EdTech): Assist with development and tracking of sales readiness plans, translating GTM strategies into actionable rep-ready materials with an accent on cross-functional coordination and enablement assets. Location: Remote (US Candidates)

Salary Range: $70,000-85,000 + Annual Bonus

What you will do

  • Develop and track sales readiness plans, timelines, and deliverables for product launches, materials, pricing, and processes.
  • Coordinate updates and logistics across Marketing, Product, and Sales for consistent messaging.
  • Translate GTM inputs into rep-ready materials like playbooks, talk tracks, FAQs, and pitch decks.
  • Identify sales training needs using metrics and feedback, and design/deliver training sessions.
  • Facilitate new-hire onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Maintain organized, version-controlled enablement assets and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Project Coordination
  • Experience supporting sales teams in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated cross-functional project coordination and timeline management
  • Strong writing/editing for sales content (playbooks, guides, training materials)
  • Familiarity with CRM/sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet)
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft for documentation and presentations

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or tech organizations
  • Background in training, instructional design, or adult learning
  • Understanding of GTM planning and product launches
  • Sales performance analysis for skill gaps
