What you will do
- Provide customer service and technical support for internal employees.
- Assist with laptop deployment during onboarding and refresh cycles.
- Manage ticketing, account administration, and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Create and update internal IT documentation.
- Support unified communications setups in conference rooms and common areas.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Targeting a 2027 full-time start date.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Ability to work full-time from the Boston office during the internship period.
- Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with macOS, iOS, or other Apple devices.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or other SaaS applications.
