What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational IT support for engineers and executives.
• Act as the on-prem IT lead for the New York headquarters.
• Design and deploy IT systems including MDM, SSO, and ticketing platforms.
• Coordinate the buildout of new office spaces, focusing on AV, networking, and security equipment.
• Support IT Security initiatives and hardware security key rollouts.
• Manage SaaS platforms and optimize associated expenditures.

Requirements

• Recent experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support.
• Proficiency with macOS and Windows devices (Linux is a bonus).
• Expertise in Okta (SSO IdP) and Rippling for user provisioning and automation.
• Experience with MDM solutions such as Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud.
• Proficiency administering Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Linear.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York for on-site work.
