TL;DR
IT Support Technician (Healthcare): Deliver end-user IT support for laptops, mobile devices, remote access technologies, and enterprise tools with an accent on MacOS/Windows environments, Google Suite, Okta, and hardware setups. Focus on diagnosing issues, tracking requests in JIRA, providing training, and liaising with other tech teams.
Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA Monday-Friday during business hours. On-call remote support Saturdays 9am-5pm or 1pm-9pm ET. Occasional travel.

What you will do
- Provide IT support to end-users and operations via Service Desk, including remote access, software installations, and hardware setups.
- Support MacOS, Windows laptops, iPhone/iPad devices, Zoom, Slack, and other tools.
- Perform desk moves, inventory tracking, and preventative maintenance.
- Track and resolve requests in JIRA, deliver user training, and document processes.
- Liaise with Pharmacy Operations, DevOps, Security, and Software Development teams.
- Participate in on-call rotation for remote support on Saturdays.
Requirements
- 5+ years delivering end-user IT support.
- Experience supporting MacOS, Windows, Okta, Google Suite, Jira/Confluence, Zoom, Slack.
- Managing desktops/laptops in enterprise onsite and remote environments.
- Supporting large remote user community and mobile devices.
- IT asset tracking and documenting SOPs.
- Professional, service-oriented, collaborative mindset in fast-paced setting.
