What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for employee IT issues across hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
• Manage the full endpoint lifecycle, including configuration, deployment, and inventory tracking using MDM.
• Execute secure onboarding and offboarding workflows in coordination with People and Finance teams.
• Administer identity and collaboration platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure, including conference room tech, Wi-Fi, and printer readiness.
• Develop and update support documentation and knowledge base articles to scale operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or internal business systems.
• Proficiency in macOS support; Windows knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and ticketing platforms like Jira.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or identity platforms like Okta.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• Knowledge of security best practices including MFA, patching, and least privilege.
