What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding and post-sales implementation from discovery through go-live.
• Design and configure APIs, data feeds, and workflows aligned with customer architecture and compliance requirements.
• Monitor product usage, SLAs, and technical health metrics to proactively resolve risks.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating with Product and Engineering teams on escalations and roadmap feedback.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to provide technical ROI evidence for renewals and expansions.
• Conduct workshops and executive briefings at customer sites or regional events.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer) within B2B software.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise software (OS, virtualization, databases, networks, security tools).
• Strong proficiency with APIs, scripting, and SQL for troubleshooting and integration.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Hebrew language skills.
• Must be based in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Background in compliance, financial crime, cybersecurity, or investigations.
• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts (DeFi, stablecoins, on-chain analytics).
• Experience working with customers across EMEA or SEMEA regions.
