What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical execution from pre-sales discovery and demos through deployment and value realization.
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, including creating and iterating prompts and agent skills to improve content quality.
• Configure complex platform integrations with enterprise systems such as CMS, DAM, PIM, and commerce platforms using REST APIs.
• Serve as the primary technical lead and trusted advisor for the largest enterprise customers to ensure stable and scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide high-quality bug reports and influence the product roadmap.
• Communicate technical strategies and project outcomes to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or a related field with 10+ years in technical deployment or implementation of Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with REST APIs, GitHub, AI SaaS workflows, and technical solution design.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex implementation issues within LMS, CMS, PIM, or DAM environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for presenting to executive audiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
