Rate: Approximately ₱550 - ₱575/hr

Outsourcing firm serving a UK-based client in healthcare logistics operating across US and EMEA.

What you will do

• Build backend infrastructure for lead generation including assignment logic, validation rules, and automated workflows.
• Integrate sales tech stack like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator with clean data flow into Salesforce.
• Design and maintain complex Salesforce Flows for lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and notifications.
• Manage custom objects, page layouts, deployments from Sandbox to Production, and migrate legacy rules to Flows.
• Implement deduplication, data cleansing, dashboards for pipeline health and KPIs, and ensure compliance with FDA, GxP, GDPR.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor
• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in B2B environment
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) — required
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow for complex automations
• Expert in Data Loader, Excel, deduplication tools
• Experience with ERPs and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo
• Strong written English communication skills
• Reliable laptop/computer with stable high-speed internet

Nice to have

• Background in manufacturing or life sciences
• Experience supporting remote global sales teams across time zones
• Familiarity with CPQ or Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on with ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Additional Salesforce certifications
