What you will do

• Make declarative changes in customer Salesforce orgs following QA and launch procedures
• Solution ideas with customers to boost user efficiency and business management
• Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configurations
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to define and achieve client future states
• Handle admin tasks like user setup, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards
• Build automations using Flows and advise on best practices with pros/cons
• Resolve requests within SLAs with timely communication

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Salesforce platform as IT leader, Admin, or Consultant
• 1+ years with Salesforce Automations, strong Flow knowledge (record-triggered flows, collections, loops, 3rd party Lightning components)
• Strong Salesforce administration and configuration knowledge; Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Salesforce technical issues end-to-end
• Experience setting up users, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards
• Data migration experience using CSV, SQL, or tools like Apex Data Loader
• Excellent written/verbal communication in customer-facing roles
• Ability to manage multiple clients/tasks and deescalate issues

Nice to have

• Experience with accounting platforms (FinancialForce, Accounting Seed) or legal accounting
• Researching, installing, and configuring Salesforce applications
