What you will do

• Own and resolve post-go-live technical requests from customers, including configuration updates, data imports, and managed service tasks.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Support to triage and manage technical escalations.
• Work with Product and Engineering on customer rollouts of new features and managed package upgrades.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements and solution designs, drafting customer-facing SOWs.
• Deliver Salesforce configuration updates such as objects, fields, flows, layouts, reports, dashboards, and permission sets.
• Maintain documentation, participate in planning and stand-ups, and identify opportunities for improved customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in post-go-live SaaS environments
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration with CSMs, Support, Product, and Engineering
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer requests
• Familiarity with managed package upgrades, Salesforce flows, dashboards, reports, and permission sets
• Experience with managed services like data imports, admin configuration, and system enhancements
• Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Business Analyst

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, credentialing, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with DevOps for Salesforce including CI/CD, Git, and automated deployments
• Exposure to advanced Salesforce features like Communities, Einstein Analytics, Health Cloud, or Government Cloud
