Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce): Owning and optimizing SFDC instance for end-to-end sales, customer success, and support journeys with an accent on Sales, Service, and CPQ components. Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico; legal authorization to work in one of these countries required.

What you will do

  • Design, configure, and deploy SFDC solutions and Sales tech stack tools to optimize sales motions and customer experience.
  • Manage projects, sprint items, hot fixes, and day-to-day tasks for business continuity and growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on requirements gathering, scoping, and execution.
  • Serve as functional owner of SFDC Sales, Service, and CPQ, transforming business needs into requirements.
  • Act as trusted advisor to maximize benefits from SFDC and evolve the Sales and Support tech stack.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing Salesforce instances, projects, and initiatives with administrator-level knowledge (Sales, Service, CPQ), including workflow rules, advanced formulas, release management, data migration, and environments.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end project management: scoping, requirements, design, development, deployment.
  • Ability to learn systems by testing and evaluating setups, with strong quality assurance practices.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal); proficiency in Spanish a strong plus.
  • Legal authorization to work in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Outreach, Gainsight, FormAssembly, Highspot.
  • Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Administrator, or Service Cloud certifications.
