Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico; legal authorization to work in one of these countries required.

What you will do
- Design, configure, and deploy SFDC solutions and Sales tech stack tools to optimize sales motions and customer experience.
- Manage projects, sprint items, hot fixes, and day-to-day tasks for business continuity and growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on requirements gathering, scoping, and execution.
- Serve as functional owner of SFDC Sales, Service, and CPQ, transforming business needs into requirements.
- Act as trusted advisor to maximize benefits from SFDC and evolve the Sales and Support tech stack.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing Salesforce instances, projects, and initiatives with administrator-level knowledge (Sales, Service, CPQ), including workflow rules, advanced formulas, release management, data migration, and environments.
- Demonstrated end-to-end project management: scoping, requirements, design, development, deployment.
- Ability to learn systems by testing and evaluating setups, with strong quality assurance practices.
- Fluent English (written and verbal); proficiency in Spanish a strong plus.
- Legal authorization to work in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience with Outreach, Gainsight, FormAssembly, Highspot.
- Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Administrator, or Service Cloud certifications.
