Salary: $75.00 - $83.00 per hour

What you will do

• Design and develop circuits, modules, and sub-systems from initial concept through prototyping and full-rate production.
• Resolve complex technical issues associated with the development of operational products in high-reliability applications.
• Perform RF design at the Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), subsystem, or module level.
• Collaborate with hardware, system, and circuit design engineers, as well as manufacturing support personnel.
• Mentor less experienced engineers on the team.

Requirements

• Interim or Active Secret Clearance is strictly required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Extensive experience with RF design (CCA, subsystem, or module level) and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Proficiency with microwave test equipment (network and spectrum analyzers).
• Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, CST Microwave Studio, and HFSS.
• Employment type: W2 Hourly Contract only (no 1099, no C2C).

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Significant experience in the defense electronics industry.
• Expertise with antennas, transmitters, receivers, low noise amplifiers (LNA), and high power amplifiers (HPA).
• Experience with 3D electromagnetic simulation tools and microelectronics assembly techniques.
• Proven track record of leading successful technical projects.
