What you will do

• Hire, lead, and mentor a high-impact DevOps engineering team in Dublin.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of secure and scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Drive the implementation of best operational and security practices for CI/CD and monitoring.
• Automate and streamline operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with global R&D, Security, and Product stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices.
• Contribute to the company's global cloud strategy, focusing on long-term innovation and success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience managing engineers.
• Proven track record of building and operating scalable AWS environments.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps (Crossplane, Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Extensive experience running Kubernetes and container orchestration in production.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking, REST architecture, and cloud security.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a Java-based environment.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Background in container and Kubernetes security best practices.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or product environments.
• Experience working with hybrid or global teams across different time zones.
