Director, Content & Tenant Build (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field

Base salary: €137,900–€206,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Content & Tenant Build domain across architecture, development, and operations.
• Define the roadmap for creating, storing, orchestrating, and migrating hirify.global configuration content, templates, and prebuilt assets.
• Guide engineering investments across backend services, orchestration layers, developer tooling, APIs, and automation.
• Partner with Product & Technology, Global Partner Organization, Customer Experience, and go-to-market teams to simplify deployment.
• Drive measurable improvements in deployment velocity, adoption, and cost of ownership.
• Own strategy, delivery, and outcomes while leading a product team of product managers and implementers.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience leading product or engineering organizations in enterprise software, preferably SaaS or intelligent systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead full-stack teams spanning product, engineering, data science, and AI.
• Deep understanding of enterprise deployment and adoption cycles, including configuration, integration, and ongoing ownership.
• Strong background in AI/ML-driven products or data-intelligence platforms that deliver measurable customer value.
• Strategic thinking, high autonomy, clear accountability, executive-level communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
