TL;DR

Business Development Manager (AdTech): Driving the growth of the Mid-Market publisher business by owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, with an accent on NA and APAC markets. Focus on integrating product suites post-merger, optimizing sales workflows via AI tools, and negotiating global deals with C-level stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (Netanya, Israel) — 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle for inbound and outbound leads, from qualification to onboarding.
  • Drive growth by championing and cross-selling the combined hirify.global/Outbrain product suite.
  • Proactively identify and engage mid-tail publishers using a data-driven approach.
  • Partner with Marketing and MIS teams to design and implement scalable sales workflows.
  • Deliver consultative presentations to C-level stakeholders and manage commercial contract closures.
  • Utilize web analytics and market intelligence to refine outreach strategies and track Ad-Tech trends.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience within the Ad-Tech or Digital Media ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales funnel autonomously without BDR/SDR support.
  • Proficiency in AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay) and CRM automation.
  • Experience managing sales cycles within NA and APAC markets.
  • Technical literacy in Excel, Google Sheets, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics or SimilarWeb.
  • Fluent English with elite written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of programmatic and native advertising ecosystems.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or technical product sales.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
