What you will do

• Identify business challenges and opportunities, leveraging data for strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Develop problem frameworks, hypotheses, tests, and analysis to inform solutions and lead implementation.
• Build and analyze data to solve problems, handle ad hoc requests, and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain financial models to forecast impacts of strategies, opportunities, and risks.
• Perform modeling for new product and pricing strategies, support DTC marketing, and optimize channels.
• Identify and refine KPI metrics to monitor and improve business performance.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in quantitative or computational field.
• 4+ years in data analytics from corporate, consulting, or investment banking.
• Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences using data-driven insights.
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Expertise in SQL; R and/or Python knowledge preferred.
• Strong statistical skills and thought partnership for stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with Google Cloud platforms preferred.
