Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 USD

What you will do

• Gather and document business and reporting requirements aligned with state and federal guidelines.
• Analyze complex data issues and identify trends to drive process improvements.
• Create specifications for business processes, reports, and data extracts based on business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance, product, sales, etc.) to refine and automate operational capabilities.
• Perform root-cause analysis for government data processing and submission errors.
• Develop and set up performance metrics for stakeholder distribution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare and business process analysis.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Government Exchange programs.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and flow-charting tools.
• Experience with implementation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in the US (Remote-US or hybrid in NYC/Denver).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Agile framework.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
