What you will do
- Gather and document business and reporting requirements aligned with state and federal guidelines.
- Analyze complex data issues and identify trends to drive process improvements.
- Create specifications for business processes, reports, and data extracts based on business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance, product, sales, etc.) to refine and automate operational capabilities.
- Perform root-cause analysis for government data processing and submission errors.
- Develop and set up performance metrics for stakeholder distribution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare and business process analysis.
- 3+ years of experience specifically with Government Exchange programs.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and flow-charting tools.
- Experience with implementation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be based in the US (Remote-US or hybrid in NYC/Denver).
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Agile framework.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
