What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of talent growth, development, and retention.
• Design frameworks for organizational effectiveness and high performance in partnership with senior leadership.
• Develop talent strategies specifically designed for an AI-enabled work environment.
• Manage performance management and employee engagement/listening initiatives.
• Track and report on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) metrics and advise leadership on progress.
• Direct a team and collaborate with the Head of HR and HR Business Partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in organizational design and talent strategy execution.
• Ability to build high-trust, high-performance company cultures at scale.
