Technical Software Program Manager (AI)

Location: Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 111,100–145,800 base compensation annually, with potential commission or performance-based bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs and align execution with business goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate engineering, product, and analytics teams to accelerate delivery and remove execution blockers.
• Plan programs, optimize resources, manage timelines, and improve delivery predictability at scale.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, risks, dependencies, and technical and operational strategy.
• Implement scalable program management frameworks and use data-driven insights to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery velocity.
• Communicate program status, impact, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Based in Ontario, Canada.
• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management in high-growth or cloud-based environments.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and modern software architectures.
• Experience working across engineering, product, and analytics teams, with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on high-impact outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in analytics or data-driven product environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Programming or scripting experience.
• Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, large-scale SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems.
