What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and analytics teams to accelerate delivery and remove blockers.
• Lead program planning and execution, optimizing resource allocation and delivery predictability.
• Influence technical and operational strategy by aligning stakeholders around priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Implement scalable program management frameworks to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Analyze program performance using data-driven insights to reduce risk and enhance execution quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management within high-growth or cloud-based environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and modern software architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and analytics teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.

• Experience working within analytics or data-driven product environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Programming or scripting experience that supports technical fluency.
• Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, or related industries.
