Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Manage litigation and regulatory matters, including responding to subpoenas, levies, and garnishments.
• Coordinate document collection, review, and production for discovery requests.
• Handle contract review and execution, serving as the primary point person for DocuSign.
• Draft simple legal documents, amendments, and settlement agreements.
• Maintain legal databases, case files, and prepare statistical summaries of findings.
• Review and improve legal department processes for increased efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of substantive experience as a Paralegal.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized US college or university.
• Experience in litigation, regulatory, and contract matter management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a mandatory focus on advanced Excel skills.
• Strong legal research, report-generating, and professional communication skills.
• Experience assisting with litigation holds and data preservation.

Nice to have

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
• Working knowledge of case management software.
• Experience with regulatory examinations and internal investigations.
