What you will do

• Support attorneys from pre-filing through trial and post-trial procedures.
• Review, organize, and maintain case files, medical records, and billing documentation.
• Manage discovery processes, including document production and responding to interrogatories.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals regarding case status.
• Supervise and mentor junior paralegals and support staff.

Requirements

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience
• Plaintiff side experience
• Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of civil procedure
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
