Salary: $139,920 - $175,000 plus equity and discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support preparation and filing of SEC periodic and current reports including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and manage EDGAR filings and reporting calendars
• Assist with capital markets transactions like follow-on offerings, debt financings, due diligence, and closing logistics
• Handle equity plan administration, track grants/vesting/exercises, and ensure Section 16 compliance with Forms 3, 4, 5
• Maintain corporate records, governance documentation, and interface with external counsel, auditors, and internal teams
• Drive process improvements and tooling for scalable public-company infrastructure

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
• 4+ years supporting capital markets, securities, or public-company matters (law firm or in-house)
• Hands-on experience with SEC filings and EDGAR
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in high-growth environment
• Exceptional attention to detail handling sensitive information

Nice to have

• Experience supporting newly public company
• Familiarity with equity compensation and Section 16 compliance
• Experience in fintech or highly regulated industries
• Equity management platforms (Carta, Shareworks) and disclosure tools (Workiva)
