What you will do

• Lead global legal operations, including corporate, regulatory, commercial, and transactional work.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute debt facilities and structured finance transactions.
• Manage legal aspects of financial product development, including documentation and risk assessment.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on legal and regulatory matters.
• Implement internal processes for contract management and compliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing legal team while managing external counsel across geographies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience, combining top-tier law firm and in-house fintech or financial services experience.
• Proven track record in structuring and negotiating credit facilities and structured finance transactions.
• Familiarity with fintech regulations regarding lending, securities, and payments.
• JD from a top law school and license to practice in the United States.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
