What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB hospitality accounts (50-300 employees) from first touch to signed contract.
  • Build pipeline through outbound activities (cold calls, LinkedIn, creative sequences) and convert warm inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls using SPIN to uncover pain points and map stakeholders.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on solving specific client operational challenges.
  • Drive deals forward and handle negotiations using the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Manage a smooth handoff of closed accounts to the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically within SMB or transactional cycles.
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline and a passion for outbound hunting and cold calling.
  • Strong capacity to learn quickly and apply coaching based on call reviews.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Ability to qualify leads ruthlessly and maintain an organized pipeline.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German.
  • Previous experience working within the hospitality industry.
