What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global enterprise restructure, aligning business strategy with technical execution.
• Partner with architects to map As-Is states and design scalable To-Be blueprints for processes and data flow.
• Oversee large-scale Salesforce migration, ensuring data integrity, minimal disruption, and user adoption.
• Act as liaison between executives, department heads, and technical teams to maintain momentum and resolve issues.
• Manage risks, resources, dependencies, and governance frameworks including KPIs and steering committees.
• Drive technical negotiations, solution integration, quality verification, and up-scope opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Program Management, 5+ years leading enterprise transformations or restructures.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF) and Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, migrations).
• PMP or PgMP certification required; Salesforce certifications or MBA preferred.
• Experience in change management (Prosci/ADKAR), Agile, DevOps, system engineering, and integration.
• Precision communication for non-technical stakeholders and strong customer engagement skills.
• Self-driven with minimal supervision, capable of handling high-stakes ambiguity.
