What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise-scale programs across multiple business units and geographies.
- Own program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations to translate strategy into execution.
- Oversee and lead project managers to drive consistent execution and reporting.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure transformation becomes embedded in normal operations.
- Facilitate program reviews and steering committees, communicating risks and outcomes to executive sponsors.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale programs with interdependent projects.
- Professional experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or fintech environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Deep expertise in dependency management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

- PgMP or PMP certification.
