What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise-scale programs across multiple business units and geographies.
• Own program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations to translate strategy into execution.
• Oversee and lead project managers to drive consistent execution and reporting.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure transformation becomes embedded in normal operations.
• Facilitate program reviews and steering committees, communicating risks and outcomes to executive sponsors.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale programs with interdependent projects.
• Professional experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or fintech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Deep expertise in dependency management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

• PgMP or PMP certification.
