Location: Hybrid (London), minimum of three days a week in the office. This is a field-based role requiring significant time on the road visiting stores.

What you will do

• Maintain retail standards, visual guidelines, and experiential intent across all assigned locations.
• Identify and address gaps in visual merchandising, product placement, staffing behaviors, and signage.
• Support the Senior Commercial Retail Manager during hypercare periods following launches, refits, or new space openings.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with store teams, managers, and retail partners.
• Resolve operational or execution issues at the store level and escalate complex problems with recommended actions.
• Provide structured feedback and capture learnings from stores to improve standards and playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, field retail management, visual merchandising, or store operations.
• Background working with premium, lifestyle, or design-led brands.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Highly observant, detail-oriented, and standards-driven approach.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage a high volume of store visits and follow-ups.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office.
