Salary: $121,400 - $178,000 per year

What you will do

• Monitor site KPIs and proactively identify funnel drop-offs and friction points to drive growth.
• Own hypothesis generation and execution for site experiments and personalization strategies.
• Execute self-service updates across site content, product configuration, pricing, and user experiences.
• Define and prioritize a roadmap of enhancements, creating business cases for product and engineering partners.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate experimentation, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, analytics, and telesales to ensure a high-performing customer journey.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in growth, ecommerce, or product optimization.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics to identify patterns.
• Proven experience running end-to-end A/B tests from hypothesis to readout.
• Experience owning ecommerce funnels, including landing pages and checkout flows.
• Proven AI chops: a track record of applying AI to meaningfully improve workflows or experimentation velocity.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA.
