What you will do
- Manage and drive revenue growth within the assigned North America Commercial market territory.
- Convert the existing customer base to subscription-based tools, including the Orion platform.
- Execute a direct touch sales model to drive and close new business.
- Collaborate with value-added resellers (VARs) and manage channel partner dynamics.
- Manage territory resources and develop strategic channel partnerships to exceed revenue goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in Austin, Texas.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in solution-oriented software sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Experience running complex, solution-based sales campaigns for SMB and Mid Market organizations.
- Deep understanding of channel partner business models and VAR dynamics.
Nice to have
- Experience dealing with strategic Global Systems Integrators and Hardware Manufacturers.
