What you will do

  • Manage and drive revenue growth within the assigned North America Commercial market territory.
  • Convert the existing customer base to subscription-based tools, including the Orion platform.
  • Execute a direct touch sales model to drive and close new business.
  • Collaborate with value-added resellers (VARs) and manage channel partner dynamics.
  • Manage territory resources and develop strategic channel partnerships to exceed revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Austin, Texas.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in solution-oriented software sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience running complex, solution-based sales campaigns for SMB and Mid Market organizations.
  • Deep understanding of channel partner business models and VAR dynamics.

Nice to have

  • Experience dealing with strategic Global Systems Integrators and Hardware Manufacturers.
