TL;DR

Director, Total Rewards & Transformation (HR): Leading the global compensation framework and HRIS evolution with an accent on Workday implementation and AI adoption in HR operations. Focus on scaling competitive rewards across 19 countries, driving people analytics, and automating HR workflows to increase operational capacity.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $151,000 - $236,000 per year

What you will do

  • Administer and evolve the global compensation framework, job architecture, and salary bands across 19 countries.
  • Execute the end-to-end annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus plan design, and market benchmarking.
  • Lead the HRIS team and serve as the senior authority for the ongoing Workday implementation and data governance.
  • Develop the People & Talent AI adoption roadmap to automate onboarding, policy Q&A, and compensation cycles.
  • Establish a people analytics foundation, defining core metrics and leadership dashboards for the CPO.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on equity plan administration, headcount cost modelling, and scenario planning.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Technology at a global company.
  • Expertise in Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
  • Proven track record of driving process change through technology or automation with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical fluency in modelling geo-differentiated salary band frameworks.
  • Experience operating in a global, multi-currency environment with EOR arrangements and payroll complexity.
  • Must be based in the US to be eligible for the provided benefits and compensation structure.
