Senior Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to work Eastern Time hours. The role supports North American customers, may require meetings across Eastern to Pacific Time business hours, and includes up to 10% travel for conferences, events, and onsite workshops.

What you will do

• Lead technical evaluations, customer presentations, pilots, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Analyze customer technology ecosystems and business needs, then define configuration, customization, and implementation requirements.
• Advise customers on architecture, authoring, custom development, and AI-powered development capabilities using tools such as JSON, GitHub, and Claude Code.
• Coordinate with Product, Account Management, Training, Professional Services, partners, and technical subject-matter experts.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and support migration strategies from existing accounting and audit tools.
• Design processes and systems that enable consistent and scalable service delivery.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience designing, developing, or implementing software solutions for the accounting industry, or at least four years performing external audit, review, or compilation engagements.
• Understanding of or strong interest in AI-powered software development and applying AI to customer workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Nice to have

• Cloud-based software development experience, including JavaScript, JSON, Git-based version control, and AI development tools such as Claude Code.
• Experience with hirify.global solutions, financial statement preparation, audit engagements, accounting firm innovation, or audit methodology development.
• CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent qualification with audit or accounting experience.
• Experience in project, product, program management, product marketing, sales, CRM software, or process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, AI, or a related field.
