PMO Junior

TL;DR

PMO Junior: Supporting project and portfolio management activities including portfolio reporting, data collection, and tender documentation with an accent on process improvement, budget analysis, and financial evaluations. Focus on updating reports and databases, maintaining procedures, and producing cost estimates for tenders.

Location: Milan, IT (Hybrid working model – 8 days per month in office)

What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely updating of reports and databases
• Support process improvement by defining policies, procedures, tools, and best practices for project and portfolio management
• Produce project management documentation and cost estimates for tenders
• Perform budget analysis and support financial evaluations

Requirements

• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Previous experience in PMO, similar function in EPCI/Industrial Business, Consultant Service, or Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Power BI or similar tools
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork skills, results-oriented, and ambitious mindset

Nice to have

• Green Belt, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification
