What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional integration involving customers, applications engineering, hardware operations, and marketing.
• Coordinate resources and manage project plans across multiple worldwide regions, including the US, Asia, and Europe.
• Ensure project objectives are met and drive gaps to closure using project management best practices.
• Synthesize and communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Identify and manage issues to closure with timely escalation to leadership.
• Collaborate with regional managers and project leads to identify and resolve resource and skill gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
• BS degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or Software preferred).
• 3+ years of engineering experience and 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing teams across multiple geographic locations.
• Current PMP certification.
• Fluency in English.
