What you will do

• Manage translation projects across all service types, ensuring quality, budget, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee full service delivery for assigned enterprise clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate a team of Project Managers to ensure efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Lead complex strategic projects during client onboarding and launches.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the local time zone, leading business reviews.
• Proactively identify and resolve client needs and issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Localization and Project Management.
• Strong track record of ownership, accountability, and operating in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with a sharp focus on detail.
• Deep knowledge of localization and internationalization processes and technology.
• Experience in people management (preferred).
