Project Manager (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects from contract execution to successful handover.
• Manage P&L responsibility for projects valued up to $30M+.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality.
• Oversee contractors and sub-contractors to maintain safety guidelines and project schedules.
• Optimize value-engineering opportunities by evaluating construction methods for cost-effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with EPC partners and key customers throughout the project delivery phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in project or construction management within the power generation market.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibility and 5+ years managing subcontractor contracts.
• Valid Project Management certification (e.g., PMI PgMP, IPMA Level B).
• Knowledge of Polish construction law and experience with local TSO's & DSO's.
• Native Polish speaker and Business level English.
