What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Technical Sales Representatives.
• Drive sustainable sales growth and market development across the GAP region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key growers, distributors, advisors, and food‑chain partners.
• Support field activities, including product demonstrations and technical recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular performance reporting.
• Collaborate with the local senior management team and cross-functional global colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy or a related agricultural discipline.
• Proven sales experience within the crop protection or agricultural input industry.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and team development.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate in a competitive market.
• Fluency in Turkish (English language skills are a plus).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
