What you will do

• Develop understanding of Turkish medical students and physicians to expand hirify.global presence at medical schools
• Build relationships with universities, lead presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings
• Manage hirify.globaladors, student contacts, and collaborate with key opinion leaders and societies
• Design and implement outbound marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct quarterly reviews
• Create country-specific content like study guides if relevant

Requirements

• Licensed medical degree in Türkiye
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English, ability to persuade stakeholders and present effectively
• Prior experience in communication, project management, or working with student/physician organizations
• Willingness to travel 40% and attend conferences autonomously
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and structure work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a fast-paced environment
