What you will do
- Lead post-sale onboarding and long-term account management for Turkish utilities, ensuring platform adoption in vegetation management, clearance analysis, and CAPEX prioritization.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain relationships with DSOs and TSOs stakeholders.
- Bridge complex technical outputs to business value, monitor customer health, and drive upsell/expansion opportunities.
- Act as voice of Turkish market, collaborating with EU Sales, Deployment, and Product teams to align roadmap with local needs.
Requirements
- Fluent Turkish speaker with professional fluency in English (C1+)
- 5-10+ years in Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Account Management.
- Background in Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy, or Engineering SaaS preferred.
- Familiarity with GIS or Asset Management systems.
- Comfortable in data-driven and technical discussions with engineers and executives.
- Comfortable traveling 20-40%
Nice to have
- Engineering background (Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy).
- Experience with Electricity Distribution (DSO) or Transmission (TSO) operators.
