What you will do

  • Lead post-sale onboarding and long-term account management for Turkish utilities, ensuring platform adoption in vegetation management, clearance analysis, and CAPEX prioritization.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain relationships with DSOs and TSOs stakeholders.
  • Bridge complex technical outputs to business value, monitor customer health, and drive upsell/expansion opportunities.
  • Act as voice of Turkish market, collaborating with EU Sales, Deployment, and Product teams to align roadmap with local needs.

Requirements

  • Fluent Turkish speaker with professional fluency in English (C1+)
  • 5-10+ years in Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Account Management.
  • Background in Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy, or Engineering SaaS preferred.
  • Familiarity with GIS or Asset Management systems.
  • Comfortable in data-driven and technical discussions with engineers and executives.
  • Comfortable traveling 20-40%

Nice to have

  • Engineering background (Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy).
  • Experience with Electricity Distribution (DSO) or Transmission (TSO) operators.
