Processing Sales Manager (Food & Beverage)

TL;DR

Processing Sales Manager (Food & Beverage): Driving sales of processing solutions for new and existing customers in the Nordic and Baltic markets with an accent on the Ice Cream segment. Focus on developing local sales strategies, providing value-based solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering and services teams.

Location: Preferably based in Århus, Denmark. Position requires traveling approximately 100 days per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to grow customer business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the Nordics and Baltics, including selected Key Accounts.
• Provide value-based arguments to secure order intake in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with Packaging, Engineering, and Services teams to implement customer plans and projects.
• Analyze customer needs to provide optimized processing solutions.

Requirements

• Technical University degree in Engineering, Food Science, Marketing, or similar.
• Proven experience in commercial sales within the Food and Beverage industry.
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian).
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop trusting customer relationships.
