What you will do

• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales motions (land, adopt, expand) for the Observe observability platform.
• Conduct discovery calls, tailored demos, and presentations focused on observability, monitoring, and data-driven operations.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans and target account lists to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding their data, infrastructure, and observability strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, marketing, and legal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience selling technical solutions in observability, monitoring, DevOps, infrastructure, or AI/ML.
• Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to independently prospect and close new enterprise client relationships.
• Must be based in the United States.
