hirify.global is building an AI recruiting operating system that integrates ATS and HR systems to orchestrate AI agents for sourcing, screening, and candidate intelligence.

What you will do

  • Define the overall partner strategy, including tiers, target accounts, and operating cadence.
  • Develop a comprehensive partner playbook covering onboarding, certification, and messaging.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage high-impact partnerships with ATS, HRIS, and adjacent HR tech platforms.
  • Build and enable public sector channel partnerships with VARs and SIs for government and education sectors.
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline targets and establish tracking and attribution with RevOps.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with partner leadership to ensure execution quality.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling partner GTM motions (referral, co-sell, resale) with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with leadership.
  • High operational rigor in designing processes and defining KPIs.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with ATS/HRIS ecosystems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Ashby, Greenhouse).
  • Public sector channel experience and knowledge of government contracting paths.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns like APIs, SSO/SAML, and webhooks.
  • Previous experience with AI-enabled products or data-intensive workflows.
