What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing US Customer Success team across Mid-Market and SMB segments.
• Own and drive GRR and NRR targets through onboarding excellence and product adoption.
• Establish scalable operating rhythms for onboarding, forecasting, and renewal processes.
• Ensure rapid time-to-value and deep adoption of core AI workflows for the US portfolio.
• Collaborate with global CS leadership to refine playbooks and elevate the overall organization.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of CS leadership in high-growth, VC-backed B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of scaling CS teams from scratch in a startup environment.
• Direct revenue ownership and experience building expansion and retention motions.
• AI-native approach to improving individual and team productivity.
• Operational rigor in building pragmatic and scalable playbooks.
• Must be based in San Francisco or open to relocating.
