TL;DR

Regional Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target verticals including medical devices, automotive, energy, and critical infrastructure with an accent on managing complex sales cycles, technical validations, and post-sale relationships. Focus on owning pipeline in Salesforce, forecasting revenue, and advising on software supply chain security trends like SBOM regulations.

Location: Fully remote with salary tiers based on geography (Tier 1: San Francisco, New York, Seattle; Tier 2: All other locations). Travel expected as necessary for prospect visits and industry events.

Fast-growing Series B company building a platform for product security teams to analyze connected devices, firmware, and supply chains across industries like healthcare, automotive, and critical infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across medical devices, automotive, energy, and critical infrastructure verticals.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from discovery through pricing, security reviews, and contract execution.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Product for demonstrations, Proofs of Value, and technical validation.
  • Maintain post-sale relationships, pursue upsell/cross-sell, and support renewals.
  • Own pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, track KPIs, and develop deep platform knowledge.
  • Act as trusted advisor on AppSec, embedded/IoT, and compliance challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years selling B2B applications to Engineering, DevOps, AppSec, and Product Security audiences.
  • Understanding of IoT/embedded systems, SBOMs, SCA, binary analysis, or related concepts.
  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets and managing enterprise deals (ACV $200K+).
  • Strong solution selling, value-based sales, and MEDDPICC (or similar) methodology.
  • Experience in fast-paced early-stage environments and engaging CISO/Product Security stakeholders.
  • Team player with passion for customer problem-solving.
