Regional Sales Director (RSD, EMEA): Drive new business acquisition, expansion, and consultative sales for connected device cybersecurity platform with an accent on software-defined product sectors like automotive, medical devices, industrial automation, energy, and telecom. Location: Fully remote, based in Continental Europe (DACH, Benelux preferred; open to Nordics or Southern Europe)
Salary: €210,000 - €250,000 OTE (Tier 2, all other locations including DACH)

What you will do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business in target verticals like medical devices, automotive, energy, and critical infrastructure across EMEA.
- Drive new logo acquisition, account expansion, upsell/cross-sell, and renewals to hit quarterly sales targets.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering and Product for demos, Proofs of Value, and technical validation.
- Manage full sales cycles from discovery to contract, including pricing, security reviews, and procurement.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships, act as trusted advisor on AppSec, embedded/IoT, and compliance.
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce, forecast revenue, track KPIs, and handle channel partners in regions like GCC, Nordics, DACH, France/Benelux.
Requirements
- 5+ years selling B2B software to technical/business stakeholders (Engineering, DevOps, AppSec, Product Security)
- Proven track record closing mid-to-large enterprise deals, exceeding targets, managing complex cycles.
- Strong understanding of IoT/embedded systems, SBOMs, SCA, binary analysis, security frameworks
- Confident communicator for technical discussions with CISOs and leaders; English fluency required
- Expertise in solution/value-based selling (MEDDPICC or similar); self-starter in high-growth environments.
- Based in Continental Europe with strong regional network; proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish highly desirable.
