What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with management and cross-functional stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and D&I initiatives.
  • Partner with and coach hiring managers to evaluate candidates based on competencies and culture fit.
  • Monitor market trends and the employment landscape within the FinTech industry.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in full life-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience recruiting within the technology sector (highly valued).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships.
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing exceptional candidates.
  • Ability to undergo extensive background checks (Criminal, Credit, ID, and Employment verification).
