What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment from needs analysis and sourcing through to offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring criteria and provide market insights.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by acting as an advocate and maintaining clear communication.
- Leverage recruitment technology and automation to streamline workflows and expand talent reach.
- Manage multiple client searches across different industries and role types simultaneously.
- Use data and hiring insights to inform client conversations and support recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada and working within the Eastern time zone.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to context-switch and manage competing priorities across multiple clients and industries.
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and a growth mindset toward AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Strong accountability and time management skills.
- Recruitment experience is helpful but not required.
