Senior Manager, HRIS Product & Delivery (Workday): Leading the optimization and delivery of the global Workday environment to enhance employee experience with an accent on HRIS strategy, system configuration, and roadmap execution. Focus on managing cross-functional HR technology programs, streamlining P&C processes, and leading a team of HRIS professionals.
Location: Fully Remote within the US or Hybrid (3 days onsite) in Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA.
Salary: $145,000 – $160,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do
- Lead the HRIS strategy and roadmap for the company's Workday environment to drive efficiency across P&C processes.
- Manage and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Leave & Absence, Performance, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Adaptive Planning.
- Oversee HRIS initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations, while managing timelines and deliverables.
- Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and condition rules to provide business insights through Workday reporting tools.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers and HRIS professionals.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of overall manager experience with at least 3 years of direct experience in HRIS.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Required expertise in Workday HCM.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Advanced reports, and custom report development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.

- Exposure across multiple Workday modules beyond HCM.
