Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage monthly close, cash management, and build comprehensive budget vs. actuals reporting.
• Create board financial packages and high-level performance trajectory reports.
• Develop cohort economics models, CAC/LTV analysis, and strategic scenario planning.
• Lead financial preparation for Series B/C fundraising, including data room and investor presentations.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership on resource allocation and hiring plans.
• Implement scalable financial systems and monitor key business metrics to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of finance experience in high-growth startups.
• Advanced hands-on financial modeling skills (building from scratch).
• Proven experience in board-level financial reporting.
• Knowledge of SaaS/subscription and transactional revenue models.
• Must be based in New York City (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry finance experience and understanding of unit economics.
• Experience supporting multiple fundraising rounds (Series A, B, C+).
• CPA or CFA professional certification.
• Background with AI/ML or deep-tech companies.
